Ook zal UWV controleren of de werkgever er alles aan heeft gedaan de boventallige werknemer te herplaatsen binnen zijn onderneming of een zusterbedrijf in een andere<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ontslagvergoeding.nl\/bedrijfseconomisch-ontslag\/herplaatsing-in-een-passende-functie\/\">passende functie<\/a>.
